Duties

 

To support the Operations Co-ordinator, to facilitate and support the Operations Department to meet the needs of the business and client’s requirements. To support the administration needs of the Operations Department and to ensure that the company meets with the operation requirements of the business. To help and assist the Operations Co-Ordinator with administration process and procedures which are required within an ever-changing dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support and assist in the day to day running of the company operations department
  • Working with the Operational team in the continuous review, amendment and development of the cleaning operations across the client sites
  • Support the operations and sales department with administrative projects in line with the business requirements
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of key operational processes and procedures
  • Create and amend site specific audits, cleaning specifications and task cards as and when required by the clients/ area managers
  • Update Area Managers site/client information on Company’s IT system
  • Upload and housekeep information on the Company’s bespoke IT system
  • Download and sync site audits on the IT system
  • Support in the preparation and co-ordinating of monthly service reports for client’s monthly meetings for existing and new clients. Chase all necessary information from sub-contractors for the preparation of the monthly Management Information Reports
  • Support in the tracking of Regional Manager Monthly reporting and KPI indicators
  • Support in the tracking of audit checks for SPR’s under 75%
  • Assist in the administration of client enquiries and resolutions.
  • Support the administration of termination and credit notices, providing information to the relevant departments
  • Maintain and develop relations with key client contacts and sub-contractors

Core Skills Required:

  • 1 years+ administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Organised and good at time management
