
As our primary function, Floorbrite service in excess of 450 daily office cleaning contracts, across the Northwest and Yorkshire regions. Currently we employ approximately 1000 cleaning staff, operating within all industry types. To manage, supervise and support our daily cleaning contracts, Floorbrite employs a team of sixteen field based Area and Service Managers, with collective industry experience in excess of 300 years, who are in regular contact with both clients and cleaning staff. This together with mobile teams of 'cover' cleaning operatives, ongoing performance audits and efficient channels of communication, help to ensure consistently high levels of customer service.
During the first six years after opening we tried both in house and contracted out cleaning services, without success.
